Anthony Colin was an excellent service advisor. He confirm my service was under warranty & told me he and service staff would have my issue resolved quickly. I waited in waiting room & within 45 minu confirm my service was under warranty & told me he and service staff would have my issue resolved quickly. I waited in waiting room & within 45 minutes, Anthony came to where I was in waiting room, explained the service completed & told me my car was ready for me outside. It was a very good experience. I have never had an issue until this visit. Jeffrey the service person who waited on me told me they would give me a ride to work but I had better have someone available to bring me back for pickup. I sai service person who waited on me told me they would give me a ride to work but I had better have someone available to bring me back for pickup. I said what, since when. He said return rides are not guaranteed. I could not believe it. Is this what your service has come to? When he called to tell me it was done I again asked to be picked up and he said he put me on the list but remember what he told me. I then asked when I would get a call if they weren't coming and was told I would not get a call for that but only if someone was coming to get me... Really? So I am just supposed to wait and not get a call for that? Thankfully I received a call a few minutes later that someone was on the way to get me. Needless to say, I will not use him as a service advisor again. More

I always take my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from. I decided to go to AL Hendrickson because it's more convenient. My service advisor Klaus is great.
