I went in needing 3-4 things done, the biggest of which was some issues I had with my Apple iPod synching to the car's radio equipment. Rotate the tires, fix a couple of light bulbs, out the door. My main drive belt got replaced, stabilizer bar bushings got replaced, an oil & filter change I did not need nor ask for got done, and the air filters I asked to be replaced got replaced, along with all the brake fluid (not requested) and the tires got rebalanced (not requested) and an engine air induction cleaning done (not requested) all for the tidy sum of just under a $1,000. Not happy about this at all. And when you get told that you need all this stuff but you cannot see it or verify it, you feel like you've been put in a position you do not like or are comfortable with. I can honestly say I feel a bit taken advantage of. If someone could have shown me the issues and I got to see what needed to be done, I would be far more comfortable with the process. But not the way this way done. I like my Service Advisor very much, but this instance was not a good one for us. More

How can maintenance package be sold for thousands over my vehicle price but it did not cover a battery nor was one available? My battery died at the dealership and I thought wow I'm saved I'm glad I came her vehicle price but it did not cover a battery nor was one available? Only to be told that they don't cover the battery nor did they have a battery that fit my car! It's a bad practice to sale a car charge extra for a warranty and maintenance package but when there's a simple problem like a battery you send your customer somewhere else to fix the problem on their own! It was not a good customer experience! More
