Had my 2009 Camray shipped down from NYS. It has always been kept in top shape and I had it thoroughly checked before sending it down. When I went to drive it on Sunday AM it sounded like the brakes/ pad been kept in top shape and I had it thoroughly checked before sending it down. When I went to drive it on Sunday AM it sounded like the brakes/ pads might be going- and something dragging under the car- which I did not see. I don’t know anybody here so took a chance and called Hendrickson on Sunday AM( in NY my service dealer has very limited if any service on Sunday): I was SO happy that they gave me an immediate appt, and there was a minor problem with the car- the dealer was efficient- quick, and I would not hesitate to recommend and be a return customer. BTW- our technician Oscar was terrific- knowledgeable and professional- many thanks! More
