I'm giving 5 stars for the general experience (with one caveat; see next paragraph). I love my Toyota RAV4, I love how it reminds me I need service, I love that the servicing is free for the first 3 years. caveat; see next paragraph). I love how easy it is to make an appointment to get in there, the hours are great, the folks there are ALL friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. They said it would take about an hour, it took a hair under an hour (59 minutes or so!), and out the door. Thank you, Chris K et al. That being said, in the BEST of times, it is annoying as xxxx when discourteous people sit there in the waiting area on their devices, and do not lower the volume, not of their devices (as they play shoot-'em-up games or Candy Crush) nor of their voices (chattering away on their cell phones airing their private business as if nobody else is there). You have 15 people in there doing that at the same time, it is MIGRAINE time. And BTW, do I have to remind you that this is 2020 and we are battling this COVID thing? So you have the JERK playing his game at top volume, hollering in Spanish at the game (between phone calls), AND HE IS NOT WEARING A MASK, so it's time for me to go OUTSIDE into the 90-degree Florida heat, because I can't take one more minute of it, and again, NO MASK. I'm not particularly paranoid about the virus, but a little caution might go a long way. I do understand that businesses are very leery of making a fuss with customers who don't wear masks because they're afraid of getting shot at, but...there must be something that can be done. I went up to say something to the cashier, and just then my service person came in and told me my car was ready, thank goodness. Maybe by the next time my car needs servicing, this virus thing will be over and masks will be a thing of the past. I wouldn't count on it though. But I will definitely say something a lot sooner, AND wait outside. More

Unfriendly service writers .difficulty getting anyone to call you back when you leave a message. Particularly the service manager. Klaus Cobb was the service consultant handling my recent repair. He was very professional and took the time to explain that problem with my 4Runner, the repairs that were necessary to fix the issue, and co repair. He was very professional and took the time to explain that problem with my 4Runner, the repairs that were necessary to fix the issue, and coordinated with all of the associated to get things done in a timely manner. He made the entire process smooth and efficient. My repair was completed on time and he even arranged for a driver to bring me to the dealership to get my car. The level of service, personal care, and attention to detail made this the best vehicle repair experience that I have ever had. Al Hendrickson Toyota will now be my location of choice for any future repairs on my 4Runner. More

I have been a customer of Al Hendrickson Toyota for 30 years. My first Toyota was a Celica that I purchased at King Toyota in Deerfield Beach. At the time of that purchase, there was no Al Hendrickson d years. My first Toyota was a Celica that I purchased at King Toyota in Deerfield Beach. At the time of that purchase, there was no Al Hendrickson dealership. When Al Hendrickson opened, I started bringing my Celica here for repairs. As time went on, I have purchased several cars from Al Hendrickson Toyota. The service team here have been great! A few of my favorite service writers have gone on to advancement, to bigger and better things. They are missed. Then I was introduced to Jarrett. He is kind, courteous, and very trustworthy. Chris LePorte wrote up my regular oil change and check on systems. I stayed and waited, as he said waiting area was distanced and clean. After an hour and a half my car was done.
