disappointing I had an issue with the purchase in Last Oct. of a 2018 Avalon,but you guys did a great job of taking care of it. I bought it in the other day for I had an issue with the purchase in Last Oct. of a 2018 Avalon,but you guys did a great job of taking care of it. I bought it in the other day for a recall. I had noticed a noise coming from the front dash at low speeds. It sounded like I need some kind of lube job, or a problem with the steering etc.. when I bought the car about with 36,000 mile it carried with it a inspection report that the car had been completely gone over for problems. I have put 7000 miles give or take since then since the purchase. They acknowledged the problem but said it would cost $181 to identify the issue... Can you help me???
