Phone service girl to make appt was super nice and polite. However, svc guy looked like he was in a rush to close and it was just @3:45pm. Low tire light on. Wanted to get rotation. Was told the tire pressure sensor needed replacement and rear brakes pads were worn thin. Also noticed A/C belt and cabin filter were changed. The Salesman are annoying. Driver picked me up late to pick up my car I arrived to a closed service dept no car key was left. Unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication Chris K. was dry and actually made no attempt to help me when I arrived telling me there were two Chris’s instead of trying to look up my information he waited til someone verified that he was my rep before he assisted me. Rude. But we don’t have many choices of Toyota dealerships in broward so I’m stuck going back to this location for service again. Not looking forward to my next service visit. Hopefully Chris K. won’t be my service rep. No personality . More
