My service advisor Christos K. was the worse. He made me walk to get my own car after services. No sense of urgency. Waiting for one hour with an appointment. The service area was not packed. Too many people packed into old facility. Pleasant drivers drop off and pick up for service but all in all was a very uncomfortable experience.
