Tire Replacement Brought car in with a nail in one tire. Chris K pointed out the tires only had 3 mm of tread left and were in need of replacement. He was able to offer me 4 tires installed balanced and aligned at a lower price than I previously received from a national tire service. The price also included free tire rotation when I bring the vehicle in for service. I have worked with Chris K for many years and find him totally trustworthy. I am now on my 6th and 7th cars serviced at Al Hendrickson Toyota and find that they always provide excellent repair services More

they were not even aware of the recall. Your service center left a message on my machine that there was a recall on my 2020 Toyota. I should contact Toyota Corp. I did contact them after I had to hunt for the phone number and they called YOU and then a service call was set up. More

Jarrett Elder has never been helpful. My wife and I have always found him difficult to deal with. A very egotistic individual who does not belong on the frontline. Very disappointing. We told we needed new wiper blades even though they were just changed 10 days earlier. Also told we needed a $300 repair. Hard to trust that they were being honest.
