Yesterday, I came for an oil change. Your inspector’s notes said my rear brakes were in the red and made me go out of my way to replace the brakes, when we are already having a hard time putting food on notes said my rear brakes were in the red and made me go out of my way to replace the brakes, when we are already having a hard time putting food on the table during this pandemic, and I later find out there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I’m incredibly disappointed. I was also given an estimate for $406 dollars, when I was able to change my brakes for $60 with a lifetime guarantee. In addition to this, we came in for and oil change and tire rotation that was supposed to cost 59.99 per a coupon, and they tried to rip us off and charging us $65 for just an oil change. We were able to resolve this issue after some argument. I am just very disappointed in this experience and this is the last time I do business with Toyota. More

Al Hendrickson is the best Service center. I contacted a different dealer which gave me the run around . So I called Al Hendrickson they return my call ask me if I could come that day for the Recall I a different dealer which gave me the run around .
