Well cared for by Service Associate I was well treated at the time of my visit. The service associate doing my service intake was extremely helpful and went out of his way to track down I was well treated at the time of my visit. All in all I was happy but some improvements are needed on time to finish. Took me 1 1/2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. Service Department gave incorrect information about my extended warranty. I was told I would have to pay for an added tire rotation which is covered under my ToyoGuard Platinum plan.
