Had a scheduled appointment for service. Dealership would not honor my appointment and had to wait 2 hours. However seen others given quicker and better service. Selective service was obvious. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with the outcome of my last visit. I brought my Sequoia in because the Radio was cut off and reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I was told it needs a software update w of my last visit. I brought my Sequoia in because the Radio was cut off and reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I was told it needs a software update which was done by the service department. When I got the car back the radio played for approximately 5min. before it cut off again. This happened before I left the dealership. After I call the technician out to see this he said that it seems that the radio did not take the update because it has a problem within the unit and it will need to be replaced. I was then told I have to pay for this. I do not see why I have to pay for it since it was the dealer’s update that didn’t work. More
