I received my car serviced for the first time here. I normally go through carmax but because the warranty was transferable and they were booked, I called Toytoa. I spoke with a man named, Jarrett Elder w normally go through carmax but because the warranty was transferable and they were booked, I called Toytoa. Poor Planning on scheduled repair I made the 15 mile trip to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. That service was done satisfactorily. The service tech found a major I made the 15 mile trip to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. That service was done satisfactorily. The service tech found a major repair that was needed (replace hub axle). I scheduled an appointment to have that service done 2 days later. I made the 15 mile trip (30 miles both ways) for the 8am appointment 2 days later and after getting checked in and seated in the customer lounge, the service tech came to tell me they didn't have the part in inventory nor could they get it for another day or so. This is poor planning by the service tech which was the same service tech for ALL my appointments. This is unacceptable service planning not to mention the time and inconvenience caused me. More
