He told me my wait would be about 75 minutes, but I was out of there in under an hour. The waiting lounge is very comfortable and well-stocked with coffee and bagels. More

Good experience although car wash was not provided. It took 10 min for someone to take my car in. I had to wait another 10 minutes until the service advisor was available for me. The employees need more training and respect people's time. I ordered a part and was told it would be available on 11/30/19.
