I love that my car shows automated message that it's maintenance time. Of course I love the free maintenance that came with my car. I called around 10:30 am Saturday and was able.to get a 3 pm appt. When I got there, Jarrett was great, he Rd.me the car would be ready in less than an hour, and it was. The waiting area is always clean, vending machines, bathroom, snacks. Excellent experience! More

I bought a car (brand new).The car has noise on the belt. I've been there twice However the toyota team did nothing to solve the problem. Tire Replacement Brought car in with a nail in one tire. Chris K pointed out the tires only had 3 mm of tread left and were in need of replacement. He was able to offer me 4 tires installed balanced and aligned at a lower price than I previously received from a national tire service. The price also included free tire rotation when I bring the vehicle in for service. I have worked with Chris K for many years and find him totally trustworthy. I am now on my 6th and 7th cars serviced at Al Hendrickson Toyota and find that they always provide excellent repair services More
