They have all been This review is ONLY about Henry Delgado of the Service Center. I'd have 3 Toyotas in the past 8 years (currently 2 Camry hybrids). They have all been serviced by Henry and his team. Henry has ALWAYS been very transparent, recommending what needs to be done - nothing more, nothing less - and the job is done well. He has never tried to push unnecessary services nor invent inexistent problems to charge more. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with other personnel that work there and who had to service our cars in Henry's absence. I would NOT service my cars with anyone else at Al Hendrickson Toyota. My car has almost 100k miles and runs like new. More

I have always found him to be very honest and fair with me, what is wrong with the car , and what needs to be done the day I come in for service and what can wait until next visit. I live on a budget and just could not do all what was needed the day of service and Chris explained that the other repairs can wait until my next visit. I recommend Al H - for anyone that wants good service and excellent customer service, especially with Chris K. More

I would leave 0 stars if I could since they really did nothing but waste my time. They would not fix a poorly installed and loose piece of plastic on my steering wheel because their excuse was that that nothing but waste my time. They would not fix a poorly installed and loose piece of plastic on my steering wheel because their excuse was that that all Toyota Tacomas come with the same poorly installed and loose plastic coverings so its normal and they wont fix it. Obviously they don’t care avout the customer only the $$$ they can make from servicing covered items from manufacture pockets. More
requested 100,000 service on Toyota Yaris Had my car serviced and was informed I needed new tires which I agreed to. After call service advisor (left a message and email) to which I did not and have not received a response I got in touch with AAA to inspect my battery to which I was informed it was dead. I had to purchase a new one. As a customer for many years I am very upset and disappointed. More
