I love that my car shows automated message that it's maintenance time. Of course I love the free maintenance that came with my car. I called around 10:30 am Saturday and was able.to get a 3 pm appt. Not good. This lady by the name of Jessica wanted to charge $200 for them to look at the gps and see if the chip need it to be changed. My appointment was with Jeffrey at 9 pm but he never showed up. I bought a car (brand new).The car has noise on the belt. I've been there twice However the toyota team did nothing to solve the problem. Tire Replacement Brought car in with a nail in one tire. Chris K pointed out the tires only had 3 mm of tread left and were in need of replacement. He was able to offer me 4 tires installed balanced and aligned at a lower price than I previously received from a national tire service. The price also included free tire rotation when I bring the vehicle in for service. I have worked with Chris K for many years and find him totally trustworthy. I am now on my 6th and 7th cars serviced at Al Hendrickson Toyota and find that they always provide excellent repair services More
