Replace a tire Terrible service!!! It took 2.5 hours to replace a tire, and your service workers left the spare tire in my truck bed. Your worker then climbed back Terrible service!!! It took 2.5 hours to replace a tire, and your service workers left the spare tire in my truck bed. Your worker then climbed back into my truck without a seat cover then drives off. No apologies or anything. My service advisor was great, but the work that was done was terrible! I have been coming to this dealership with both my Tundra and Tacoma, but will never be returning. I knew I should have stuck with Deerfield Toyota. The service worker could not even find my wheel lock that comes factory under the seat. The Tacoma is the #1 selling midsize truck in the market. How can they not find where my wheel lock is? I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of knowledge of the Toyota certified mechanics. If I would have known this beforehand, I would have gone to firestone and saved time and money. Thank you, Al Hendrickson. More
