Tire pressure light, door to gas tank, and windshield wiper I had three issues with my new Toyota. I bought it in January 2019. My tire pressure light kept coming on even after getting air in the tire several t I had three issues with my new Toyota. I bought it in January 2019. My tire pressure light kept coming on even after getting air in the tire several times. The fourth time I brought it in to get air, the guy told me he couldn’t see any nail in the tire and to bring the vehicle back to get the tire checked out. I also had trouble with the door to the gas tank, it would get stuck and not open all the way and my windshield wiper on the driver side would not come up when I wanted to wash the car. So the door to the gas tank was fixed, aa spring was adjusted and they couldn’t fix the windshield wiper. The tire ended up having a nail in it and costs me $30. I didn’t realized had to pay for the tire because I had the premium maintenance package and thought the tires were included. Overall, the employee who took all the information was very nice and explained to me about the tires. More

Lack of greeting and lack of enthusiasm with staff Upon driving in for my appt. I stood there and had three of your service people look up at me and then drop their heads back into their laptops. Not one said hello or asked how they could assist me. I stood there for 10 minutes and absolutely nothing. I then finally found the guy who originally assisted me and he was more than lacking in being upbeat.
