Appointments don't matter to them. I had an 8:45 appointment. I showed up at 8:30 just to be sure I was on time. After waiting an hour and seeing my truck not move with countless cars c I had an 8:45 appointment. I showed up at 8:30 just to be sure I was on time. After waiting an hour and seeing my truck not move with countless cars coming in and out I questioned the service writer as to Why the delay. He said it's more like a first come first serve basis but if you make an appointment it'll bump you up the chain a little. I've now been here an hour and a half watching my truck in the parking lot for a check engine light. More
