I spoke with the manager. I went in for an oil change they up sold me. I spent $500. I was told there was shuttle service for me the shuttle service guy complained the entire I went in for an oil change they up sold me. I spent $500. If you hate your job keep it to yourself or complain to your manager. I just got up sold on service. I don’t need to take a ride w someone complaining about their job the entire time. I told the manager Lipton Toyota is actually closer and I can just go there next time. When you bring in your car for service their doesn’t need to be commentary on how your job sucks. More
