Organized to a flaw, multitasking Jacqueline of all Trades! She's another asset to the dealership! We were there on a Saturday purchasing a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, she was working with four customers including us. She and Nick kept everything moving along at an excellent pace! Dan in Finance, awesome to deal with! Excellent communication skills, knows his stuff! Got us in and out in no time, again another asset to the dealership! Got what I was looking for.. Great service! I went in yesterday for a 2011 Chevy Impala. Although there were a few speed bumps (on my end), the staff was still very understanding and gave multip I went in yesterday for a 2011 Chevy Impala. Although there were a few speed bumps (on my end), the staff was still very understanding and gave multiple options. Ultimately I was able to walk away with the car I wanted after about 3hrs total!
