I had a very bad experience with the dealer (Jennings Chevy) that I bought my vehicle from. I contacted Tasca Chevrolet to perform my first scheduled maintenance and they did a great job and kept me informed during the entire process. I just had my second scheduled maintenance done at Tasca and it was like I was royalty! The mechanic started on my truck almost as soon as I brought it in. I waited for the maintenance work to be done (as opposed to leaving it there). They found some additional software updates that needed to be completed which would require them to keep the vehicle a bit longer and provided me with a loaner until the repair were done (that afternoon). I am very happy with the employees at Tasca, they really make me feel like a valued customer - even though I didn't buy the truck from them.

I have had both of my vehicles at this dealership in the past month. One because of some body work for a hit and run at a shopping mall. Body shop did an excellent job keeping is up to date and matching the special paint exact. They worked with my insurance and got all gm new parts. My other vehicle in for routine service. Top notch Chris the service manager/director beat out there that I have felt with. Parts. Body shop. Service department. All worth owning and servicing a Chevrolet.

We waited for a while, and since we are both handicapped could not wait 2 1/2 hr more in the service depart. , so asked for a ride home. I was disappointed in the sales dept., I walked in there 3 times looking around and NO ONE acknowledged me or even said hello. I was interested in looking at a car that was there, but no one approached me, and there were 4 men either all talking to each other or at a desk. Was it because I am a senior lady walking with a cane?Oh well, I decided that you don't need my business, so I will be going elsewhere..

I had no intention of jumping out of my vehicle but had thought about it of course. Eli listened ti my questions, concerns and even my nit picky requests for what I wanted. The first thing I saw wasn’t what I actually needed. The second one I looked at and drove for a test had everything I desired and most importantly NEEDED. i was raised by an auto dealer. My 2014 impala LTZ developed a cracking the front catalytic converter. The service department warned me about it during normal service. I took it back later to have it fixed. They provided free transportation to and from my home since I had to leave the car for a time. Very satisfied with the work done.
