Have no complaints about service quality, been real informative, helpful and tried to get everything done in a timely matter the right way. The price is a little high though. My main complaint is with the sales department, whenever you think slick, deceitful used auto salesmen... that’s our experience with the their sales department. They at least talked to us (hence we bought a car), so they did better than Dick Hannah, but I couldn’t count the lies I found after the fact. Hardly anything was “as promised” will never go back to buy another car, but I like the service department. More

Long day at work, and Alan Webb Chevrolet's team made it eas I had a long day at work and was too tired to know what was going on. Pamela Heuett went above and beyond in taking care of my needs. Inconvenienced Had to come in twice for an item I wanted added to my car. On the second visit and when checking out, when I inquired about his earlier comment from before his statement was “no that comes out of my paycheck”. Yet having to drive 45 minutes each way twice and to be without my car for add a day was less important than his paycheck. He shouldn’t make promises he can’t keep and definitely shouldn’t make statements like that. More
