My sole issue was that during the completion of the transaction I was required to provide my Social Security number and have a credit check run. This was despite the fact that I was not applying for credit. The reasons for this were not well-explained at the time and I was concerned about having an inquiry on my credit report and also about identity theft. My concerns were not addressed at the time; however the sales manager subsequently called me to explain the policy. I still question the rationale for this policy; but I appreciate the effort to explain the policy. More

I will never go back to the service department. I called twice with no return call. I went to the service department and they are rude and "don't have the time to help." They told me "we can have a serv twice with no return call. I went to the service department and they are rude and "don't have the time to help." They told me "we can have a service person look at your car but you'll have to wait an hour and pay an hours service time just to give me a ball park price for a repair." None of the service schedulers would even take the time to talk to me. I'll never go back. More
