I change my review from 1 star to 5 Stars, I had a heart to heart talk with the Sales Manager David Killion and he made sure that all my issues were taking care review from 1 star to 5 Stars, I had a heart to heart talk with the Sales Manager David Killion and he made sure that all my issues were taking care of. David Killion went above and beyond to help me and made sure there were no more miscommunication issues, he kept updating me on the daily basis of my car status which was greatly appreciated. Also every one in the Service department is super friendly and they fix my car issues lighting fast. I had such a great experience with the service department. I definitely recommend Alan Webb for your next car purchase. More
So... Took my car in a few weeks back to have the heated seat fixed on the driver side and said hey while you got it here my right rear tire pressure keeps changing and it's always lower than the rest, yea seat fixed on the driver side and said hey while you got it here my right rear tire pressure keeps changing and it's always lower than the rest, yea no problem. Go to pick up my car and told it was nothing they could find but reset the monitors anyways... Well before we even leave the lot the pressure is off again but they were closing so I said I'll call them later that week and talk to someone. Call, the guy I've been working with has moved buildings and now I'm working with Secora Jones who seems to have the worst customer service and zero xxxxs attitude. I'm told if it's not warranty I'll have to pay for the rental of course but that's only info I'm given, few hours later get a phone call well it's a small piece of metal in your tire and that's not under warranty so you must pay for your rental and diagnostics which is like 148 so after tax about 200 dollars, my wife and I are pissed they didn't let me know of the diagnostics charge or anything until they want their money. I return the car to enterprise and when I get to Alan Webb ask why it wasn't found last time and all I get is "I guess they didn't take the tire off the rim". So what the eff did they actually do? I have anxiety and depression and by now my anxiety is out of control so I just tell them don't fix it and get charged for half the diagnostics and rental so roughly 120.00 for them to look at it like they were supposed to last time they said they did. I'll never come here again, I'll never bring another vehicle here again and I'll actively make sure everyone I know doesn't do business here ever. More

Very disrespectful. Told me I had to run vehicle before checking oil. Check oil while warm which is a lie. Argumentative. Bad customer service. I will never go back to the service department. I called twice with no return call. I went to the service department and they are rude and "don't have the time to help." They told me "we can have a serv twice with no return call. I went to the service department and they are rude and "don't have the time to help." They told me "we can have a service person look at your car but you'll have to wait an hour and pay an hours service time just to give me a ball park price for a repair." None of the service schedulers would even take the time to talk to me. I'll never go back. More
I've been coming to Alan Webb Chevrolet for all my oil changes and maintenance for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. They've been very helpful and I've appreciated the fact that they never made me feel stupid for not changes and maintenance for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. Im wondering if she put a letter or a number for the "o". I bought the car brand new from Murray Chevrolet and as far as I know the VIN # hasnt changed. I told her I would go find another source to check it. She then just hung up on me. Got a mans voice next time I called. Evidently they dont need my business. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My car was taken their due to transmission issues that were covered under the manufactory warranty after having hoses fixed through my extended warran My car was taken their due to transmission issues that were covered under the manufactory warranty after having hoses fixed through my extended warranty at Car Max. After further review, the transmission just needed to have a TCM code updated. They updated the code and got my car back up and running. When I went to pick up my car the person working with me did not seem too customer friendly at first. I did not think much of it and proceeded to complete the transaction. Once my car was brought around front, I thanked the tech that brought it to me and got in my car. I then noticed my on star system light was red which it was not before. Then when I went to turn on my stereo, which I just had installed in February, it would not turn on. I did everything I could think of and I could not get it to work. It was working perfectly fine before I had my car serviced. I went back in to talk to Ken the person I dealt with, told him about the stereo and the on star issue, he then took my keys and checked out the car. He came back, handed me my keys, and then proceeded to tell me that my on star system was fine and my radio was fine and his words “I need to learn how to operate my vehicle." I was very upset and angered over his words. I took my keys and left. I explained my experience to Car Max who had my car taken to the dealership and suggested they don't keep doing business with this location as the customer service is horrible I will never go to this place again and will make sure all my friends and family know to never go here as well. More
