Always looking to meet my needs I have never been taken advantage of when asking items to be checked and I feel my investment in this Chevy product has been a great choice. Horrible dealership w/ an extremely incompetent service dep. I honestly don't think this place cares about their customers, as it is true with other car dealerships. I bought my brand new Chevy back in March. Shockingly I discovered a major cosmetic flaws to my new $46k (MSRP) Chevy toy. Great job at doing quality inspections! When I brought my car to the dealership, at first they were at disbelief, hinting that it was my problem. Then they blamed GM for messing it up. Finally took them a whole month to replace and fix that problem. Now let's talk about Alan Webb's service department, to make things simple, let's just put it as "a complete mess". Sometimes it might take 1-3 days to even get a hold of someone there (service advisor). Don't even bother leaving them a voice mail. You can try to call them every 2-3 hours before they close, and good luck getting a hold of someone. Not to mention that the operator will tell you "they are extremely busy". It is an eye-opener to me... why would you ever take your car there!??! Warning to all the potential shopper, do not buy their "Simonize" package or whatever they are trying to sell to you before you sign the final paperwork. (Simonize is a paint protector, aka ceramic coat). Firstly, they do not do a proper job preparing your car. If you want to apply any ceramic coat on your car, you have to do paint correction first before applying that ceramic solvent on. Secondly, their service department has completely NO IDEA on the warranty on that Simonize product. Lastly, it is just a complete ripoff, you'll be better off taking your car to a "professional" detailer. More
Do you're self a favour and take your business elsewhere STOP!! PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING TO ALAN WEBB!! March 1st 2017 My husband STOP!! PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING TO ALAN WEBB!! March 1st 2017 My husband and I purchased a GM certa transmission thru a certified Chevy dealer ship for his 2003 Chevy Silverado on august 17th 2016. At the time of purchase and install the GM warranty stated parts and labor would be covered if anything were to go wrong and was not an install issue. My dad installed the transmission in a full service shop, august 20th doing everything correctly including flushing the cooler not once but three times. A few months after the install of the Trans it started to slip in 2nd gear so we brought it to Alan Webb Vancouver WA on November 11th to be repaired. On November 17th Alan Webb said they diagnosed it and I need a whole new Trans, but GM would only cover the parts not labor. So we showed them the warranty paper stating that parts and labor were included. Then on December 12th we were told by Alissa at Allen Webb that parts and labor were covered “100% no matter what”. After being told multiple time in person and via text the trans would be covered completely we received a call from David with Allen Webb December 22nd saying that the trans was diagnosed AGAIN and they found the cooler was plugged so it was an install error and warranty was void. my husband called my dad, so my dad went down to Alan Webb to talk to them. He told them everything was done properly just like they’ve done with the other GM Trans they’ve installed at there shop. In return he was called a liar and they wouldn’t talk to him only with my husband. My husband and I went in and they told us we were screwed by the shop who installed it(my dad) because they never flushed the cooler. So we asked why the first diagnostic came back clear and after being diagnosed a second time came back faulty. David said it was never diagnosed a first time and they would fix the trans and restart my warranty for $2041.00 so my husband said we will take the truck out and bring it somewhere else because it was already there for 41 days and we felt like we weren’t taken seriously and being lied to. Then my mother posted a review on their web site of how we were treated and my husband received a call the following day and was told if we toke the reviews down they would lower our cost to $1,192.00. So on January 3rd 2017 we paid the 1,192 and picked up the truck. Our invoice from Alan Webb stated that if any more reviews were posted it would void our GM warranty. On February 16th truck stared slipping the same way it did when I brought it in in November. So we went back to Alan Webb and met with the service manager. He was very rude and unapologetic. He said he wasn’t aware of the first diagnostic. He said he wouldn’t do anything for us beside fix the Trans. My husband said he don’t think they even repaired the bad parts and the manager said they put a whole new Trans because it was too overheated to rebuild and they can’t rebuild Transmission' s in there shop any ways. So he lied because our invoice stats the parts that were put in to rebuilding our Transmission . And it was the same case that was in there when we brought it in at first. We were very upset and didn’t want to bring it to them again after our past experience with their dishonesty. So we brought it to DSU Portland (Great place!!) February 21st and got it back March. Allen Web is a bunch of thieving lying crooks who already have a bad reputation, Do your self a favour and don't make your self feel dirty by dealing with these guys. More

We also purchased the extended warranty, even the upgraded service package because my car is a Subaru WRX and we were told the Tech package is the one to go with as it covers MORE. In ADDITION to purchasing the warranty we purchased the oil for life, because as the finance manager advised that it’s a turbo car. One less thing for us to worry about….. FALSE! 18 months later we have a dead cylinder which per all of the documents in my sales contract would be covered under engine/transmission part of my warranty. So this is when Alan Webb starts showing their true colors: *Called to see when my car could be looked at, since I have the warranty and it appears to be covered. We are told by Stacy Hamilton they are a month out… *Showed up in person to Alan Webb Chevrolet the next day, Stacy proceeds to tell us they are 2 weeks out now because her tech can look at our car. Her solution to not having a drivable car- she has connections with Enterprise and can get us a car for $25 a day! What an awesome deal!! We then asked if we can get the car released so that it can be worked on ASAP. By 1130 that day we found a dealership willing to take it ASAP and look it. Stacy was unable to get the contract released until 530pm that same day! One more day without a car! *Got the car towed to a Subaru dealership finally midday Friday and knew we would have to wait till Monday to get any response due to the weekend. *While at the Subaru dealership National Warranty company requests oil change records. My husband calls and keeps getting voicemail. Finally I get through and get the copies sent over via email- thank you to female who answered the phone and handled that in a timely manner! Maybe teach your coworkers a thing or two about customer service! *The next day National tells us that they will not touch the car due to the infrequency of oil changes! What the xxxx does that mean, I asked. We bought the oil for life and took our car to Alan Webb Chevrolet for our oil changes! Come to find out, Alan Webb’s service departments recommendations of oil change intervals was what VOIDED our warranty from covering the repairs (which we have in writing) How come we are being punished for following the dealers recommended service schedule..? *This is Friday now and we call so speak with the Finance manager Dave, did not get a phone call back like we told we would. Naturally, since we didn’t get a phone we showed up bright and early Saturday morning to talk with Dave. Dave was the Finance manager who sold us the car 18 months ago. As we began telling Dave our story of what’s going on he starts checking the paperwork. What we found out that day was that Dave charged us DOUBLE for our oil for life so that our oil changes would be done every 3000 miles (not the regular 5000-6000 miles), which would meet the manufacture requires of our Subaru of 3750. So not only did we pay DOUBLE, Alan Webb’s service department was scheduling us for 5000 and 6000 mile oil changes. WE PAID DOUBLE FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DIDN’T GET IN ADDITION, THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN SCHEDULING OUR OIL CHANGES HAS RUINED MY CAR! NOW THE WARRANTY COMPANY WILL NOT FIX IT BECAUSE I GOT MY OIL CHANGED PER THE SERVICE SCHEDULE THAT ALAN WEBB HAD GIVEN US IN WRITING TO FOLLOW..? Jim Johnson will not call us and tell us what is going on NOR has he even offered to fix our car because of the poor recommendations by his service department. We want our car fixed and a full refund for the warranty and oil for life that we paid for that we were scammed out of because of his own employees. We followed the recommendations that we paid for and now we are out of car. Terrible customer service! Will not return phone calls, Josh the GSM will not take calls from us, Jim the GM will not reach out to us, Stacy Hamilton was no help and rude! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THAT HAS NOW LEAD TO US HAVING TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION TO FIND A RESOLUTION…. More
Granddaughter took in her 2011 Chevy Cruze for a factory recall.Service writter showed her a page on the DEALER computer that recommended a fuel injector service at 16k to 18k miles. Her being a young coll recall.Service writter showed her a page on the DEALER computer that recommended a fuel injector service at 16k to 18k miles. Her being a young college student was under the impression that it was a must do. $140 for a service that is not even on the suggested service set up by GM. Talked to two CHEV Dealers and they told me that they do not even look at injectors until at least 30k miles. Any way you slice it they took advantage of a young girl that did not have a extra $140 but thought that this was a must service. Dealer informed me that she signed for the service and they would not do any thing about the complaint. Bottom line=======stay out of Allan Webb Chey More
