After my son leased his Mazda3 from them the first part of July, the experience was so positive that my husband and I went back a few days later and leased our own Mazda3! Our rating is 5 stars because every person we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and straightforward. Nobody was pushy. For a car-buying experience, it was remarkably low stress. Our first point of contact was Manny. Online and over the phone he gave us excellent service. He listened to what we wanted and got back with us quickly, always being friendly and courteous. He found us the car we wanted and had it waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. The price he quoted us was the price we paid. Our salesman, Chris, was an absolute delight to deal with. He is genuine, personable, and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. He is young and new to the job but very knowledgeable. Even though it was late in the day, he took the time to answer our questions and help us get familiar with the features of our new car. He did not go home until we were all set and ready to leave. Next, we met Garret, Chris’ manager. He really listened to us and what our needs were regarding the financial aspects of the transaction. It was nice to be “heard.” He was willing to work with us and seemed very motivated to make his customers happy. The result is that we are happy with the deal we made and have good feelings about the whole process. I don’t remember the name of the person in finance who led us through the document-signing process, but he was courteous as well. He offered us the extra warranty but when we declined did not push us further and was friendly about it. Our brief encounters with Megan in the service department and Colin in parts were very positive also. Since leasing our car a week ago, we have received follow-up calls from both Chris and Garret, thanking us for our business and offering to help with any questions that may come up. The people at Alan Webb listened to what we wanted and then focused on how best to make that happen. We would definitely go back to buy or lease another car from them, and we happily recommend them to others. More

Phone Calls Not Returned Went to the dealership and took a test drive on a Saturday - loved the car. Had to hassle the trade-in value, but finally got an acceptable price. When I mentioned I didn't want the extended warranty, was told it was already in the contract -so I let it go. I mentioned that I would be talking to my bank on Monday and would probably put a cash downpayment. So Monday I went to IQ credit union and the loan officer called the person who works jointly with iQ credit union and Alan Webb to have my contract rewritten with the new down payment and that I would receive a call that afternoon. iQ called me about 1 pm and said I would get a call back from Mark to go to Alan Webb and sign the new contract along with my check. After an hour or so, I called Mark and got voice mail, left a msg. After another hour or so, I called and spoke with a women who said Mark was with a client and would call me back in 10-15 minutes (this was about 3 pm). Never received a call back. The next day I called the loan office at iQ and told her I hadn't heard back. She made sa phone call and I finally got an appointment with Alan Webb to sign new a contract. That person said Mark was on vacation for two days and I needed to go to the Chev. office. Who goes on vacation and doesn't make sure all msg. have been either answered or referred to someone else. It wasn't like I was purchasing a small dollar item. Very disappointed as my previous purchase of a new car went very smoothly and I was impressed. I wanted to buy in Vancouver and support a local dealer. I could have very easily bought in Oregon; a lot of car dealers over there. More
