I was told exactly the same car I test drove, just in the color I wanted ,and it is beautiful, accept for the spots that were on it. My husband took in the vehicle and they were Very nice Steve has done so much to try and make it right. we have taken the vehicle back in twice to get it taken care of. It did get fixed, but then I had an appt to take my CX5 in and have the glass coat put on. Oh my does it look Beautiful, but then I seen new discolor flaws underneath it. almost like it had water smears that had not dried. I find the sales Manager and Sales associates have done there part they are very kind. It is the Auto/service shop that needs to focus on the work they do to make things correct when you take it in. I am very disappointed in all I have gone through and I still am. My husband and I are in a disagreement over this vehicle now, I believe that when you purchase a Brand New Vehicle, it should be in perfect condition. My husband well not as much as me. I wish I had not traded in his vehicle for this one, because of how I am feeling right now.. I shouldn't have to take it in again, I have only had it a week. More

Recall went well Went in for recall, told me it was going to be a couple hours, offered me a loaner (2019 Mazda), called me couple hours later saying I didn’t need the Went in for recall, told me it was going to be a couple hours, offered me a loaner (2019 Mazda), called me couple hours later saying I didn’t need the part, returned the car and got mine.
