Most Challenging Service Visit Ever Had My apt yesterday was set up weeks ago. I arrived 20 minutes early; however the vehicle that pulled in behind me directly was completed and they left t My apt yesterday was set up weeks ago. I arrived 20 minutes early; however the vehicle that pulled in behind me directly was completed and they left the building before I did. No one came up to me to alert me my vehicle was done. I was in the waiting area and got concerned when it was nearing almost an hour since I arrived (oil change generally takes me 35-45 mins). The service department didn’t seem to busy so that was not the issue. I walked up to the service desk and asked when my vehicle will be done and I was told it was and that paperwork was being printed out. My first concern with the “paper work” indicated I had a balance of over $92.00. This was not acceptable because I had purchased lifetime oil changes at the time of purchase of my vehicle more than 5 yrs ago. The service guy said it was a “new system” and that he had to go to different screen to confirm if I indeed had the lifetime warranty. It got worked out but again added more unnecessary time to being in that place than on my way home. The other concern is the print out of their inspection findings. It was unclear on why boxes were checked because the service advisor was not clear in their description and the service guy at the front desk had no clue. The service girl that was there helped him so I’m assuming he’s “new”.... I have over 60,000 miles on my car and have had a lot of visits to this service department (including maintenance apts (covered and paid out of pocket), accessories added (out of pocket) and recall performed. Hands down the worse experience I have had but overall I’m very impressed with the service I received and will continue to do business but wanted to give details of my visit as an opportunity to improve More

Happy owner of new Mazda CX-5 My husband and I are owners of two Mazda 3s, purchased at Alan Webb Mazda. I came in to ask a question of the Parts Dept and to 'look' at the Mazda C My husband and I are owners of two Mazda 3s, purchased at Alan Webb Mazda. I came in to ask a question of the Parts Dept and to 'look' at the Mazda CX-5s. Four awesome employees helped me from beginning to end of a new purchase. Colin stepped away from the Parts Dept to show me several CX-5s as Kathy, a sales rep, was at lunch. He asked if he could have Kathy call me later that day and discuss two vehicles I was interested in. Kathy called later that evening and sent me quotes on both. The next day I went to the dealership and met with Devin as Kathy was unexpectedly out of the office. He was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk with as he went over all the features of the vehicles, esp the electronics which I was very nervous about. I very happily decided on one of the CX-5's. While Dave, in finance, completed the paperwork, Devin sat and visited with me while we waited. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Thank you, all, for "another" great experience at Alan Webb Mazda. More

Great car, great price, great service I started my new car buying experience online. I found an amazing car, and asked for a quote. Devin emailed me a price, which seemed incredibly fair I started my new car buying experience online. I found an amazing car, and asked for a quote. Devin emailed me a price, which seemed incredibly fair, so I went in to look at the car. After seeing the car, I decided I liked the 5 door better than the sedan, but they didn't have one in stock at the trim level with the options I wanted. When I found one elsewhere, I knew I wanted to get it transferred to Webb so I could deal locally. Devin handled the transaction with grace and precision; I got a great price on the transferred vehicle. Now I am driving an amazing car that I paid a fair price for, all while working a pressure-free and stress-free deal. Thanks Devin! More

We handled most of the negotiating online and then I came in for a final test drive and to sign the papers. As a first-time car buyer I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience than working with Kathy Melchiorre! She was kind, patient, extremely informative and most important made the entire experience pressure-free. I've heard horror stories from friends about their salesperson that I couldn't believe how lucky I got with Kathy! Even when finance was preparing my papers I had a wonderful time waiting with Kathy, she makes you feel like an old friend and time just flew by! From the second I walked in the dealer to leaving the lot with a new car I felt no regret (and feel none to this day). If a friend is ever interested in a Mazda I will immediately refer them to Alan Webb and specifically to Kathy, she's the best! More
