When asked to explain what service was performed, he pointed to the paper and said 'we did all this stuff'. Thankfully, Colin was there to witness this. Rechecking invoice and there are miscellaneous line items with charges, but no explanation...so bad. I keep getting coupons to use for service about a week AFTER I've been in, and then they are expired before I can use them. New guy 'did me a favor' and found a small coupon. I guess time will tell if service gets better. It is a shame as it had been wonderful the past few years. On the plus side, Colin is great. More

Good service, bad communication I dropped my car off before 8:00 AM, then was never contacted when it was finished. Alan Webb Mazda I had some issues with my car when I went out on New Year's eve and since I am not car savvy needed to get it fixed as my job requires me to travel qu I had some issues with my car when I went out on New Year's eve and since I am not car savvy needed to get it fixed as my job requires me to travel quite a bit. I already had an appointment for the end of the week for maintenance however when I called them they were able to fit me in sooner to resolve the issue. I was expecting some major issues to have to be resolved. Once there they determined it was an easy fix and took care of it as well as they did the scheduled maintenance. I appreciate the fact that they were honest and did not take advantage like you hear so often. I only had to end up paying for the maintenance that I had planned. Megan set me up for the service and went out of her way to fit me into a schedule sooner. Nathan was the one I spoke with when they figured the issue out and also the one that was there when I picked up the car. Both of them were courteous, sincere and made me feel confident in getting my car fixed at this location. More

Megan was great to work with We had two appointments, one for an oil change on my 2013 Miata, and one for installation of Android Auto on my wife's 2017 CX-9. Both cars got right in, and the oil change was done in about 30 minutes. The Android Auto took a little longer than expected since evidently a technician had quit, but it was only another couple of hours and we went to see a movie. Overall, service was excellent. More
