Each evening we ended up back at Mazda so I could just “sit in that car again and make sure it was all I thought it was.” When we would walk in “again”, we were met with smiles of recognition. No one seemed bothered that we were just “checking” again before heading to other dealerships the next day. She was so pleasant and helpful- I already had a good feeling at the dealership. I ended up working with Narissa Neal and she was just as lovely, very knowledgeable and fast! , I told her I had an hour to get this transaction done and she actually completed the whole transaction in an hour and 1/2! I was so impressed with the whole process! It was the most pleasant experience I had ever had at purchasing a vehicle.
