I had a great experience with one HUGE exception. The dealership installed an anti-theft device at additional cost, and though I demanded they remove it, they refused. I recently switched from the shop I had been using for the last 3 years because they were making little mistakes and misdiagnosing problems that came up with my car. Additionally my CX-9 is getting older the last 3 years because they were making little mistakes and misdiagnosing problems that came up with my car. Additionally my CX-9 is getting older and it gives me comfort knowing that the shop I use specializes in Mazda. So far the routine maintenance has gone well and the pricing has been fair. They did run into a problem involving the replacement of a drive belt, which took several attempts to figure out, but eventually they did figure it out and they even provided a courtesy vehicle while I waited. That level of customer service would not have been possible with the previous shop. I look forward to continuing to work with the team at Alan Web Mazda. More
