Bought my Mazda 3 in 2014. First couple of years they treated me very well. Sometime before the pandemic customer service like most industries went into the toilet. I purchased life time oil changes when I bought my car yet they started treating me very poorly. Now it looks like the damage has been done and they are just trying to hold on. I called and left messages on 3 different occasions over 2 weeks to schedule service and never got a call back. Finally on 4th call I got through and everything went smoothly. I miss the way the dealership used to be. The current group is a better group with customer service than the crappy people they had a couple years ago but the appearance is that this dealership is struggling in this economy. Not blaming current staff. More
