Alan Webb Mazda

I have a Mazda 6 that has a VERY expensive battery. I called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, the called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, there was a $31 charge for installation. The service writer said that she feels bad for people who have to pay so much for a battery and discounted the service charge. I didn’t ask for this, she just did it. I had reservations about going to this dealership for service because of prior experience, but I’ll be going back again. More
