I've been to nearly all of the Mazda dealers in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. While I've always had good sales support, the service support has not always been great. I chose Alan Webb because I a Portland/Vancouver metro area. While I've always had good sales support, the service support has not always been great. I chose Alan Webb because I am now working from home and they are located the closest to me. My experience with service was great! Very efficient, on time, and no up-selling of potentially unnecessary service actions. I will be back! More

Had a major part go out. They worked with warranty for me and got everything covered. Also the part took 4 weeks to get in (not their fault) and they hooked me up with a loaner for a stress free waiting peri and got everything covered. Very pleased with the service I received. The only issue I had was the first person who helped me at the counter did not show me any prices for the service but verbally said them. I either misheard her or she said the wrong charge so I was quite surprised at the high cost. I would have just called my husband to ask if it was reasonable and found out that it was and done it anyway. I just want to give you a heads up about that though. The man who took my payment was very kind about it and gave me a discount. He didn’t have to do that so it was nice. He explained that the synthetic oil is expensive. All is fine and I will be better about asking to see the price in case someone doesn’t show me. I plan to come back. So you understand, this vehicle is new to me and as I gain experience it will help. If it was my business I would require they show the estimates. Maybe even a signature. To conclude, the quality of service was excellent though. I waited for my car and felt the wait was only a little longer than expected which is fine. Thank you More
