Had appointment in the morning but my car never even got looked at til noon. Was told they didn't have a tech. I understand these things happen but knowbody told me it might be awhile and I couldn't leave c looked at til noon. Was told they didn't have a tech. Not happy about cost and time plus I already stated my experience earlier in a survey. Charged more than should have and took twice as long as should have.
