Had appointment in the morning but my car never even got looked at til noon. Was told they didn't have a tech. I understand these things happen but knowbody told me it might be awhile and I couldn't leave c looked at til noon. Was told they didn't have a tech. I was there all day just to have a tech put a scanner on it to confirm what my home town technician already had done. More

Not happy about cost and time plus I already stated my experience earlier in a survey. Charged more than should have and took twice as long as should have. Their service was prompt and respectful. The service department suggested other preventive maintenance but was not pushy. I appreciated that. I will continue to get my Mazda serviced here.
