Sales part went well. However, when it came to actually signing papers, we were promised it would only take a few minutes, but in reality we had to wait more than 2 hours even though we were the only cust signing papers, we were promised it would only take a few minutes, but in reality we had to wait more than 2 hours even though we were the only customer at the time! During the wait, we were totally ignored by the sales people. The manager hid in his office the whole time knowing we were unhappy for the wait. My sales person went home without saying goodbye or introducing someone else to take care of us. I have been to many dealerships and bought cars in the past but by far Alan Web Mazda had the worst customer service. More

Average to subpar service. Nothing special. Brought vehicle in for an oil change. Asked about having the brakes checked due to being at 65000ish miles. While not pushy about paying for a tire rotation, vehicle in for an oil change. Asked about having the brakes checked due to being at 65000ish miles. While not pushy about paying for a tire rotation, received hesitancy about actually checking the brakes because the tires would have to be removed to properly check. Since I wasn’t “paying” to take the tires off, I was told they would would try to look with a mirror to see the brakes, with a longer than needed deflecting explanation. It became a bigger hassle than it was worth. And, a loss of potential service because a) the “quick” check as part of the oil change service found the rear brakes were marginal b) no one called to let me know and c) I will go elsewhere rather than bring it back for service that could have happened while it was there. Was called when the vehicle was finished. No explanation of service needs or several filters that needed to be replaced when I picked it up. Again, all things that another service location will now get paid to do. The oil change was fine. The drop off and pickup acceptable. The communication was lacking. More
