Your service department, in particular Stacie, is outstanding. In our situation it was the attitude of the sales staff that “they didn’t want to help” that was unacceptable. I had already arranged, w outstanding. In our situation it was the attitude of the sales staff that “they didn’t want to help” that was unacceptable. I had already arranged, weeks prior, to coming in after 6 because I work out of town. Fortunately on the 26th I was able to leave early and arrived about 5:30 pm. I was told I was I was late and explained to the service representative that I had already made arrangements to arrive after 6 and the sales department was going to assist me with dropping off the car. I was then told that they refused to help which left me wondering what would have happened had I arrived when I had expected to. That attitude makes me believe the sales staff really doesn’t care about your customers unless they arrive to purchase a car. I don’t believe anyone cares to patronize a business with employees like that, and I know I certainly won’t. It seems I had a few things that needed to be fixed in my commuter car that needs to be done, but given that experience, I will seek out another dealership that employs people who think of the customers as more than just a commission. More
