They don't return calls or offer loaners for warranty customers. I had my inoperable 2020 rogue towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. It took a week for them to diagnose the issue. This was after my boyfriend and I called repeatedly and left multiple messages that were never answered or returned. They told me at pick up that they only looked at the battery and the alternator before deciding it was the alternator. I was with out a vehicle for a week with 2 jobs I had no transportation to get to because they don't provide loaners. I'm disappointed in Nissan for not offering free loaners with the warranty service. I will probably purchase a different brand that does offer it in the future. Not satisfied and will not return. More

I came in to get the car checked out to see what was wrong and got a quote to fix it that was 2 times the value if the car for a new engine. To fix the problem it needed a short block and not a long blo wrong and got a quote to fix it that was 2 times the value if the car for a new engine. To fix the problem it needed a short block and not a long block that I was able to pickup for $2,000. I think it would be better and not xxxx folks off if the quote was within reason based on the value of the car and not just trying to make money. More

I like this dealer for getting reliable work done on my Xterra, with one huge exception. Despite a "recall" regarding passenger side air bags, this Service Center has never been able to successfully fix m Xterra, with one huge exception. Despite a "recall" regarding passenger side air bags, this Service Center has never been able to successfully fix my air bag. Two annoyances result: one, I can never have anyone ride with me; and two, the airbag sensor light on my dashboard flashes constantly! In the past, the Service Center has turned it off; though I knew at some point it would come on again. During the most recent visit, they refused to turn it off. This feature of my Xterra has been an issue for more than three years. More
