Dropped off the van for service on Dec 5th, to get 2 recalls, a flat tire fixed, battery changed, and an oil change. Never heard from them again. I called multiple times and was told my rep was either recalls, a flat tire fixed, battery changed, and an oil change. Never heard from them again. I called multiple times and was told my rep was either not available, on vacation, or out sick and the service manager would call me back in 20 minutes. I never received a call back any of the times I called. I finally talked to someone who told me they couldn't find the flat tire, but it was the only object in the back of the van. I called another time in early jan and they said the recalls were complete but the oil change wasn't done. I called 2 weeks later and the oil change was still not done. I called on Feb 4th and they told me it was ready for pickup. I picked it up on Feb 5th and found it had a dead battery still, the flat tire was untouched in the back of the van, and they had no paperwork to show that the oil change was completed. They said they would email me the paper the next day. It's over a week later and the paperwork never showed up. If this had been my personal vehicle, I would be outraged. But as it was business vehicle, I will simply never return to this business ever again. 2 months of waiting, with zero contact from the dealer, never an email, never a call back when I would call, and after all that, they didn't do the work I asked them to do. I can't even be certain they did the recalls. They didn't do anything else. More
2/11/22. I came in today for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly. However, I asked for a car wash. The oil service was very quick and good service. But no car wash, windshield still dirty and we had a small trash bag with pieces of paper (etc), the trash bag was dumped in the floor and nothing done. Not what I am used to while going to my original (Nashville, TN) Nissan dealer. Very disappointed after having to drive over an hour to visit in Vancouver, WA. More

Very nice young lady running the entire Service Dept. the day I was there, and did an excellent job!!! I Got in when my appointment was set up for. Busy service dept. ...hard to get through by phone ,and hard to make an appointment. Unless you go online them if you're lucky you can schedule an appointment a month out. Last time the said they couldn't check my brakes because the didn't have my oem brake fluid. Kinda strange since I bought my car there brand new. More

We bought a car from this dealer and had a good experience. Their service is another story. We had a problem with a leaky tire. Brought it in, they checked and found nothing and rotated the tire experience. Their service is another story. We had a problem with a leaky tire. What was unusual is that the tire that originally had the leak, rear pass side, was the same tire that was still leaking after the rotation. We took it back in and were "advised" by Brandi Johnson. She was very rude to us...like we didn't know what we were taking about. They did find a problem with the tire....but couldn't seem to answer our question: if the tires were rotated...how come the rear pass is the one still with the issue. We were told that her technicians claimed the tires were rotated...so they were. In other words, we were mistaken (and most likely stupid customers?). It must be the cold...no it was a rock that caused the problem. This woman continued to be very rude to us. We are in search of another service department. More
