2/11/22. I came in today for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly. However, I asked for a car wash. The oil service was very quick and good service. But no car wash, windshield still dirty and we ha very friendly. However, I asked for a car wash. The oil service was very quick and good service. But no car wash, windshield still dirty and we had a small trash bag with pieces of paper (etc), the trash bag was dumped in the floor and nothing done. Not what I am used to while going to my original (Nashville, TN) Nissan dealer. Very disappointed after having to drive over an hour to visit in Vancouver, WA. More

Very nice young lady running the entire Service Dept. the day I was there, and did an excellent job!!! I Got in when my appointment was set up for. Busy service dept. ...hard to get through by phone ,and hard to make an appointment. Unless you go online them if you're lucky you can schedule an appointment a month out. We bought a car from this dealer and had a good experience. Their service is another story. We had a problem with a leaky tire. Brought it in, they checked and found nothing and rotated the tire experience. Their service is another story. We had a problem with a leaky tire. What was unusual is that the tire that originally had the leak, rear pass side, was the same tire that was still leaking after the rotation. We took it back in and were "advised" by Brandi Johnson. She was very rude to us...like we didn't know what we were taking about. They did find a problem with the tire....but couldn't seem to answer our question: if the tires were rotated...how come the rear pass is the one still with the issue. We were told that her technicians claimed the tires were rotated...so they were. In other words, we were mistaken (and most likely stupid customers?). It must be the cold...no it was a rock that caused the problem. This woman continued to be very rude to us. We are in search of another service department. More

The employees are always so helpful, kind and do a thorough job. The last time I was in I was sure something was wrong with my Pathfinder. They could have totally taken advantage of that and done unne thorough job. The last time I was in I was sure something was wrong with my Pathfinder. They could have totally taken advantage of that and done unnecessary work or claimed to do work that they never did….. And then charge me for it. But no, they were very honest and I figured out my issue, which was with a bug guard I put on it. So their honesty alone is worth going to Alan Webb Nissan for. Thanks, Team Alan! I’ll definitely be back for my next service!! More
