Terrible service. We purchased my wifes Honda CRV there. The process to buy the vehicle was fine. When we got the car home we noticed the tire pressure censor was sticking on. Finally took it to Dick Hannah Honda and they fixed it at no charge. We are now dealing with a loose visor on the driver side. We have been told numerous times the part would be ordered and it still has not happened. Totally different than Alan Webb Chevy wear I take my truck. The service there is great. Nissan needs to operate like the Chevy dealer. More

I will be taking my car nearly forty miles south to Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan for future service. This is the last time I waste so much of my time with Alan Webb. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They were flexible with scheduling and communication.
