The lack of customer service at this dealership is sad. They used to provide the best service. Now I have to call, leave messages (for 4 weeks) for the service manager and then never receive a call back. F They used to provide the best service. Finally reached the service manager and he acted like he’d never received a message (clearly a lie because I left messages with people that emailed him my messages). Anyway, they don’t care about providing good service anymore and we will no longer buy Nissan because of that. The only employee that was helpful was Curtis and from what I understand he’s not the service manager. More
Had to change appt time so that I could get my car detailed. Right before appt was told they couldn’t do the detail. I would Recommend because did help me get into a vehicle and made it easier then other dealerships I delt with. Problems after serving the dash monitor for errors. Back up camera display is pink which wasn't until after service was done. Rubber seal around the windshield is out in a corner which wasn't when I brought up camera display is pink which wasn't until after service was done. They didn't stand behind an employee who had told me my transmission was guranteed for life, as it was the third on put in my car within eighteen months!!
