Not sure Although my car was fixed after the second time leaving it with the same problem, it was returned differently than I left it. The first time, the air condititioner did not blow cool air; although, I left it with the air conditioner on and cooling with no problems. When I asked about it, I was told that it was never touched; although the settings were set to Lo. After picking up the second time, I left my car with more than a half tank of gas. The car was returned to me after 5-6 days with the gas light on and having to pray to make it to the nearest gas station. I have been taking my car here for 9 years and have never experienced anything like this. Like I said, my car was fixed after the second visit and I appreciate that, it's just the dishonesty that I can do without. More

Staff is always very helpful I have had my Mercedes serviced here at Albany Motorcars every 10,000 miles since I have had it.
