I had a flat tire on a Saturday, I came into Albany Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi- Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi-point inspection. The purchase was great, but if you have any questions or issues after, don’t expect any help. I have been trying to get an answer for over a month and have been completely ignored. I’ve been hung up on and promised to be called with nothing ever happening. I have emailed and texted. Another company has reached out as well (I need to cancel the maintenance package -that no one ever told me about until after I bought the car - because I purchased a full warranty. I sent my letter to the company the maintenance package is with as soon as I bought the full warranty. They have tried reaching out to Albany Subaru and have gotten no response). It is beyond ridiculous. I cannot honestly recommend getting a car here as they completely disappear after purchase! More
