Typically, I visit the Huntington Beach, CA location, but I was due for a visit so I picked this location. The main staff (Alan Poon) was assisting me. The promised time was much later than the promised time (>30 minutes), but Alan came in multiple times to update me before I even got up. He was so attentive that I had no problem waiting. While waiting, the other staff (Victoria Cisneros) dropped by to have a quick chat about my book, which made me feel welcomed and I am just not another customer. While waiting, I noticed the staffs would come in to check on other customers as well. Overall, the staffs are very conversational, friendly, professional, and attentive to customers' needs. I would definitely come back and recommend the locations to my friends who have a Subaru. More
