Albany Subaru - Service Center

I came in for an oil change and for my tires to be looked at because they were low. I was told no nails or other issues were found. Upon leaving i noticed the tire pressure was the same as when I went in. at because they were low. I was told no nails or other issues were found. Upon leaving i noticed the tire pressure was the same as when I went in. A day later I filled my tires and they are maintaining the pressure. THIS MEANS THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS NOT CHECKED AND THE PRESSURE BROUGHT TO WHERE THEY SHOULD BE!!! I do not believe in surveys but the service was NOT GOOD this time. More

Everything worked very efficiently. The folks at Albany Subaru service center were absolutely fantastic! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my car after it shuddered and died while I was driving it. They were very communicative f fantastic! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my car after it shuddered and died while I was driving it. They were very communicative for the days in which they were conducting the service, including taking seriously and addressing some of my fears, which was helpful. Also, they went above and beyond in communicating with me and being ready for my arrival on the evening that I was hectically trying to make it in time to pick up my car before they closed. Very kind people and they didn't try to upsell me on anything- I'll definitely return here. More
