I was offended by your marketing with three levels of service packages and prices when I simply wanted regularly interval service. Furthermore my 15% Costco Auto discount was not accepted despite Albany service packages and prices when I simply wanted regularly interval service. Miss Peggy Martinez and Don (retired) never charge me $152 for an oil change, I forgot to tell my daughter to look for Ms Peggy for the service. She end up with Jay Parafina was charge the amount.
