I have been bringing my Subaru Forester (“Ru”) to Albany Subaru since the day I bought her in 2017! I will never take her for service anywhere else! Their customer service is par none, the mechanics are top Subaru since the day I bought her in 2017! I will never take her for service anywhere else! Their customer service is par none, the mechanics are topnotch, the shop is clean and well managed, and they are fast, fair, and honest. To top it off, they are a hop, skip, and jump from Solano Avenue so there are great places to eat (I’m looking at you Zaytoon!) and great shops to keep yourself entertained if you have Express Service and you plan to wait. They also have a nice waiting room. They are simply the best! I will never take my beloved Subaru anywhere else! More

After my maintenance agreement ran out I shopped around for other qualified Subaru service. Recently I went back to Albany Subaru when I had a problem that needed immediate attention, not the 3 weeks I wa for other qualified Subaru service.
