The Albany Subaru service department is super professional and very customer forward. While the mechanic / repair service itself is great, we are dissatisfied with some elements of their customer service. For the second time, the front desk has refused to accept a discount coupon for servic are dissatisfied with some elements of their customer service. For the second time, the front desk has refused to accept a discount coupon for service (issued from Subaru/Subaru Albany) because we didn't mention it when the initial work order was written -- this time we texted them immediately afterward & the person said it was still too late -- even though they were still working on the car & we hadn't paid. The unwillingness to accommodate a discount offered by them is poor customer service, IMO. More

Jay took care of my paperwork, texted me and called me when the mechanic asked about additional repairs. Professional all the way. I have had the Repairs Department call me to say that they over-estimated and that my actual bill is less than they stated. How's that for honesty?
