Albany Subaru Service is the best. Have worked with them over 10 years. Two years ago we moved to Carmel, so have moved our service needs to Cypress Coast Subaru. I think this is my second survey. I was so disappointed in the customer service. It shouldn't be so hard. I received a mailer for a service but forgot to bring it when I brought in m I was so disappointed in the customer service. It shouldn't be so hard. I received a mailer for a service but forgot to bring it when I brought in my car. I asked if I brought it when I picked up the car I was told "no", the mailer was for used cars only. I had to drive home, to pick up the mailer. It was indeed for service and it was honored, but to say I was annoyed is an understatement. I take my car to the dealership because it is convenient, and put up with what is often- not always - attitude. That said, the car runs well. More

Very systematic, on time, very nice waiting space with Wi-Fi.
