Albany Subaru - Service Center

We love the good people at Albany Subaru. They have provided us with excellent service for the last 7 years. I even drive all the way from Castro Valley because you have been so good to us. However for the first time something does not feel right for us. The battery is dying for second time. And is was explained to me that I need to get an extended warranty. And that the car would need a new battery and a retrofit. If you check our records an software upgrade regarding the battery was missed. We had the car battery die on us 3 times. Twice in our driveway, we have roadside assistance thru our insurance, but the 3rd time we were out and told we would have to wait an 1 1/2 hr,. for help. This has been the only real problem we have had and to us you are passing this problem on to us. In our minds this should be a recall. I have voiced our displeasure to the excellent service rep. that recently helped us. Please get back to us. Ted & Mayona Rucker More

the backordered battery for my car finally came in so I had service plus battery plus help with star link. Was told probably would not be ready until late afternoon. I almost did not come back because the last time I had a service- it felt so haphazard, and there were a bunch of new people. This time we discovered that the cabin filter was missing!
