Then John Cheshire stepped in but not once did he mention the typical salesman pitch "what monthly payment do you want to be around." He knew that I ran my numbers ahead of time and listened to me and ended up showing me a few options that he believed would work best for me. His options made complete sense and worked perfectly with what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions and we ended up on a final agreement that made everyone happy. John was very thorough explaining the features of the car, following up on appointment times, and again listening to what I had to say. I look forward to bringing my car back in for service. More

Great Test drive - but totally deceptive online pricing Had a good sales person who was attentive and did not make us wait too long. Test drove the Crosstrek and Forester. After driving other brands we called our sales person to begin negotiations. This is where it went south. They had a "discounted" price online that was below the Consumer Reports "True Car" price. When I wanted that price I was told it included a 1000 trade in allowance. I was not trading anything. I had to search for almost 10 minutes to find that tiny print disclaimer. Next day called another dealer. They listed an online price that was the same. That was the price, Was even able to get the car for less than that. It's this kind of nonsense that continues to give the car industry a bad name. Avoid Subaru of Wakefield More
