They service department should be clear on whether they will be keeping a vehicle over night for service or not. Plus all services performed on a vehicle should be noted on the customers invoice! This was my second oil change on my 2024 Wakefield Impreza. Folks are very nice but 3 hours, yipes. Also as a new car the oil was on the top dipstick mark. Parking was scarce, but I appreciated that they got me in quickly and let me use a loaner.
