The trade in on my 2014 f150 was very fair so when he got a 2014 f350 Platinum Diesel in we jumped in the truck and left NY for Ohio. The financing and extend warranty was a simple breeze, after a test drive and we were headed back home. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend contacting Jim for your diesel truck needs. My only advise or concern would be for there service department to more thoroughly inspect there sale vehicles before selling them, minor issues you can find at any dealership but easily fixed! Highly recommend the dealership and Jim Z. in sales, give them a call and drive away Happy! More

I came across Alfa Romeo of Strongsville who had a great selection of offerings. Jim reached out to me after submitting an inquiry and I am glad he did! There was never pressure from Jim and he kept the process incredibly simplistic. We had a few phone and email correspondences and Jim laid everything out transparently and easy for me. He did a lot of upfront work knowing I was only starting the research process. He is incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in returning calls/emails and answering a number of questions. When I decided to take a trip to the dealer (mid Dec. 2017) to see the cars the experience was unlike I have had at any dealer. As on the phone, Jim was easy to talk and work with. He handed me the keys to the cars I had interest to and said go find out why everyone loves the Giulia! I test drove a few and each time he handed me the keys and let my wife and I drive around the area. When coming back to discuss purchase, Jim was transparent in showing us pricing and each discount or incentive being offered. The numbers all lined up with what he shared with me in emails prior to coming out. Again, no pressure from Jim when we sat down and it was like working with a close friend putting all the information on the table to enable us in making a decision. It was an enjoyable and welcomed experience unlike the back and forth and surprise numbers you often deal with from other dealerships and sales managers. If the salesperson you're dealing with has to leave the desk every 2 seconds to find out the answer to one of our questions, or haggle pricing with the manager, and then comes back to the table with the old "gee, I'm literally not making any money on this deal already ..." line we just cringe. Chuck was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and knew his product and what we expected right off the bat. He goes the extra mile for sure.
